To update your personal information in the library staff directory or on your unit website, go to My UI Info, click the “My Profile” link in the My Profile box.
In the Take Action box on the right hand side of the screen, click the “Access My Profile” button.
Use your NetID and password to log into your personal record. You will also be asked to enter your PIN number. If you do not have a PIN number or have forgotten it, there is a link to reset your PIN.
Once logged in you will have access to all the information available for you to edit. Scroll down to the appropriate block of information and click the corresponding edit button.
Please note: Generally it takes 48 hours or longer for the change to be propagated to other systems. Please check the library Directory Editor or your unit contact page in two or three days to see if the changes have been made.
