Saturday, May 5 – Zeta Tau Alpha HQ
- 9:00 am – 10:30 am Difficult History – Jessica Ballard, Visiting Faculty Archives Resident at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign will speak briefly about housing discrimination and the role of fraternities and sororities – in a way to make a negative a positive. We will continue with a broader discussion about how we address topics that may be challenging to share.

- 10:45 – 12:00 pm Oral History Best Practices – Barbara Truesdell, assistant director, Center for Documentary Research and Practice, Indiana University
- 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm Wrap up/plans for future conferences. For those remaining, we can go to lunch.
