The University Library houses and provides access to one of the world’s premier research collections. With a print collection conservatively valued at well over $1.5-billion and millions of dollars in licensed, reformatted, and born-digital content, the collections rank among the University’s largest capital investments and represent the work of hundreds of dedicated personnel dating from the earliest days of the University’s founding.

The Office of Collections provides oversight and leadership in the coordination of all aspects of collection development and management. This work involves providing a coordinating role for approximately fifty subject specialists working throughout the University Library, leading library-wide planning and policy development for collections, management and oversight of the collections budget, and providing an active coordinating role in activities that will benefit the collections and their users for decades to come.

Welcome to our collections. Do contact us if you have any questions.
