Loanable Technology at the IDEA Lab
The IDEA Lab will close for operations on December 19th, 2025 at 5PM. We will re-open on January 20th, 2026. All loanable technology must be returned to the IDEA Lab no later than December 19th at 4PM. New reservations for equipment will be declined beginning Wednesday, December 17th.
The IDEA Lab provides a variety of technology free to checkout for patrons. Equipment is on a one week checkout with exception to assistive tech. Patrons who reserve materials must be physically present to check out the technology at the IDEA Lab Help Desk with their i-Card or the Illinois app. Please visit our Lab Policies page or our Frequently Asked Question page for additional information.
