Requesting a webinar

Library employees have access to many professional associations and organization that offer free and for-fee webinars.

If you are interested in a for-fee webinar, you can email the Organization Development & Training group to inquire about getting it purchased on behalf of the Library. We ask that you:

1. Email your request to us at at least 3 business days in advance of the webinar so that we have time to process it.

2. Select webinars within a reasonable cost (typically in the $50-$500 range).  It is possible go above this range if the webinar helps develop knowledge and skills that support the unit or overall Library’s mission and the funding is available.

3. Are able to find at least 2 other library employees interested in attending the webinar and that you are willing to ‘host’ the webinar by sharing information about coordinating any login or group viewing.
