Actions and outcomes
- An indirect outcome of the Pulse Surveys was the creation of a targeted mailing list for faculty, academic professionals, and civil service employees, addressing the limitations of broader existing lists. This new list has since proven to be a valuable communication channel for sharing initiatives and information tailored specifically to this audience.
- Senior Administration continues to discuss and explore ideas informed by insights into employee communication preferences.
