Items in the Undergraduate Media Collection circulate to all patron types for a One Week loan. Most items can be renewed 3 times. Undergraduate students may check out up to 5 media titles at a time. Courtesy Card Patrons may have 1 media title at a time. Please note that the library is not responsible for any damage that may occur on equipment as a result of media borrowed from the library.
Media Reserve Items are restricted to in-building viewing only, unless being used by an instructor to teach a class.
Loanable Technology: Items vary for how long they can circulate. See the Technology Services Page for more information

To obtain authorization, the Faculty Member/ Instructor must complete and sign a "Proxy Form" available at the Undergraduate Library Circulation Desk or in the Main Circulation Office, Room 203 Main Library. The application form requires identification numbers and signatures from both the faculty/instructor and the designated proxy patron.
To pick up and charge media items, the proxy patron must present a current I-card at the circulation desk and tell the staff member the name of the faculty/instructor for whom the booking was made.
