Centre Universitaire de Recherche en Astrologie
Centre Universitaire de Recherche en Astrologie (or The International Astrology Research Center) is a French website, readable in French, English, Italian and Spanish that contains scholarly explanations of the mechanics of astrology and its history as well as various theoretical and critical works on the subject.  The site also maintains a forum in both French and English.

Cornell University Library Digital Witchcraft Collection
104 English language books from Cornell University’s larger Witchcraft Collection are available online in a digitized format.  The collection concentrates on superstition and the persecution of “witches” in Europe from the 15th through 17th centuries and uses a theological, rather than folkloric, lens. The digital collection is both searchable and browsable by title or author.

J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies
Describes itself as “international group of scientists, academics, investigators, and volunteers dedicated to the continuing examination and analysis of the UFO phenomenon.” Their purpose is “to promote serious scientific interest in UFOs and their study, and to serve as an archive for reports, documents, and publications about the UFO phenomenon.”  The website includes a number of articles and case studies as well as many facsimiles of older UFO related publications.

The Parapsychology Foundation
The Parapsychology Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to funding research of psychic phenomenon and providing information and resources on parapsychology to academics as well as the public.  The foundation provides grants to researchers, produces the International Journal of Parapsychology in addition to other publications, maintains a library, and sponsors a lecture series.

The Rhine
A parapsychological lab once affiliated with Duke University, whose goal is to “explore human consciousness” through research and provide education and resources on parapsychology to the public.  The Rhine publishes the peer-reviewed Journal of Parapsychology and maintains an extensive library dedicated to the history of parapsychology and psychic ability.  The Rhine also collects reports of paranormal experiences from the public via a form on their website.
