Research Consultations

Contact a Librarian

Sign up for a one-on-one appointment with a SSHEL librarian to learn about the best article databases, search strategies, and information sources for your project or paper. Additionally, you can receive information about resources, services, and collections relevant to a specific subject, college, or university department. The Research Consultation Program:

  • is an opportunity to meet individually with a librarian to discuss research strategies and library resources for paper assignments, research projects, class presentations, honors theses, dissertation topics, and general research needs
  • allows students or researchers to work together with a librarian uninterrupted for 30 minutes to an hour.

You can fill out a Research Consultation Request and a librarian will contact you for further information or contact a librarian directly using the contact information listed below.

If you are unsure which librarian to contact or if you need immediate assistance, please fill out a Research Consultation Request.
