The Fourth Floor of Grainger Engineering Library Information Center is primarily run and administrated by the engineering collage, and many of its resources are specific to engineering students. For example, the EWS windows computer lab offers access to class and project team-relevant software, but requires an engineer’s UIUC login for access. Similarly, the Center for Academic Resources in Engineering (CARE) is located on the West wing of the fourth floor.
Accessible to all patrons on the fourth floor, many group study rooms are available for reservation, the Family Study Room and Lactation Room exist to support patrons with children, and the Writers Workshop has a location by appointment for any and all student writers in need
