Maintaining the [service] is a critical priority for Library IT. We make every effort to resolve problems with this service as quickly as possible.

[Service] is supported whenever any physical library location is open. Support staff are on call to address issues.

Problems with the Research Consultation Scheduler are dealt with during normal business hours by the Technology Prototyping Services and IMS.

If hosted service, add: We make every effort to notify the vendor of outages as quickly as possible. Library IT then monitors the situation until resolved.

How to report a problem If the Research Consultation Scheduler is down, please log a ticket with the IT Help Desk or call the Help Desk at 244-4688. Incoming tickets and calls are reviewed and prioritized as they arrive between 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

If you believe there is a widespread outage, please call 244-4688 and leave a message with the Library IT Help Desk. During business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.), the Library IT Help Desk will answer, and during evenings or weekends, the AITS Service Desk will answer on behalf of the Help Desk.
