Description

Medusa is the underlying repository framework that supports many different digital collection activities, including long-term digital preservation.

When is this service available

The Medusa core is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Priority level for this service

Maintaining the Medusa core is a critical priority for Library IT. We make every effort to resolve problems with this service as quickly as possible.

How to report a problem

Problems with the Medusa core will either be detected automatically, or will be reported through public facing services that sit on top of the core.

Who can use this service

Leveraging the Medusa core is restricted to Library approved software development and API activities.  For more information, contact the IT Help Desk at 244-4688 or help@library.illinois.edu.
