The service provides a means for patrons to pay the library accrued fines for printing and for overdue materials

When is this service available

Users are expected to be able to use the service at all times, but may only be supported 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Priority level for this service

LibFines is supported during normal Library business hours.

How to report a problem

If LibFines is down, please log a ticket with the IT Help Desk or call the Help Desk at 244-4688. Incoming tickets and calls are reviewed and prioritized as they arrive between 8:30 a.m. -5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Who can use this service

Anyone may submit a fine request.  Requests are vetted and processed by Central Access Services.



What you must have to use this service

This is typically just an internet connection, but in some cases applications may require specific versions of Java or some other software.
