JOYCE student management
The HR Applications suite is comprised of several individual web applications to manage the hiring and human resource management processes for student hourly and graduate assistant positions.
When is this service available
24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Priority level for this service
Students are responsible for filling out applications, and hiring managers within the Library are responsible for managing searches for the positions that they post.
Problems with HR Applications are dealt with during normal business hours by Library IT.
How to report a problem
If HR Applications are down, please log a ticket with the IT Help Desk or call the Help Desk at 244-4688. Incoming tickets and calls are reviewed and prioritized as they arrive between 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Who can use this service
Any University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign student with the authority to work in the United States may apply for positions. Library hiring managers are authorized to post positions and make hiring decisions.

These services require a modern browser with an Internet connection.
