Meeting Minutes

June 13, 2022

Attendees: Mara Thacker (Vice-Chair); Peg Burnette, Bill Maher, Dan Tracy, Joe Lenkart, and Lucretia Williams; Recording

 

Absent: John Wilkin, Chris Wiley, Kelli Trei

 

The June 11 meeting was held in the absence of the Dean, and it was chaired by the Vice-Chair in accordance with Section 2.B.2 of the Library Bylaws. The meeting was used to advance discussion of proposals.  However, in keeping with Section A of the Executive Committee’s charge and plans described in the minutes for the April 25, 2022 meeting, it deferred final decisions until the attendance of the University Librarian at a future meeting.

 

1. Assign Committee Memberships
   1. EC assigned committee members to volunteer committees.
   2. For committees represented by division, Lucretia will reach out to division coordinators for updated members in cases of expired terms.
