You can request a print refund from the PaperCut website. The refund will credit only your printing account. Print refunds cannot be added back into an Illini Cash balance.
- Login to the PaperCut website with your NetID and password.
- Go to the “Recent Print Jobs” screen. Next to the item you want a refund for, click on “request refund” under the “Status” column.
- Fill out the amount you want refunded and the reason for the refund. Click “Send” to submit your request.
- You should now see “Refund Pending” underneath “Printed” in the “Status” column, letting you know that your refund request has successfully sent.
