Print Refunds - Library Technology

You can request a print refund from the PaperCut website. The refund will credit only your printing account. Print refunds cannot be added back into an Illini Cash balance.

  1. Login to the PaperCut website with your NetID and password.
  2. Go to the “Recent Print Jobs” screen. Next to the item you want a refund for, click on “request refund” under the “Status” column. 
  3. Fill out the amount you want refunded and the reason for the refund. Click “Send” to submit your request.
  4. You should now see “Refund Pending” underneath “Printed” in the “Status” column, letting you know that your refund request has successfully sent.
