What to Enter
You need to record each interaction you have with a PATRON. We do not record statistics for interactions with library staff acting in their library capacities. The only fields that need to be filled in LibInsight are:
- mode of communication
- time spent
- question type
If you forget to enter an interaction at the time it is completed, please enter it when you remember. However, it is much easier to remember how long an interaction took if you enter it immediately.
Head Count
BA will enter the head count data each day after 4pm, pulling it from the patron stats.
Please continue tracking stats using our CMS stats page, as you normally do, during this week.
