AC’s composition and meeting frequency

The Committee discussed how often they should meet and who should be attending. The By-laws were read and discussed. They discussed deadlines to make the group more efficient and just what AC’s function is.

The group decided they need deadlines to be able to work more effectively and they want to discuss what the Library needs and how best to meet that need. Betsy Kruger, Sue Searing and Janis Johnston will draft some ideas and bring them back to the Committee on November 1.
