1. Discussion on e-resource – Sara Holder discussed with AC conversations that she has had with Tom Teper regarding adding some clarification on how our e-resource use policy relates to specific situations. Tom pointed out that our “Licensed E-Resource Use Policy” does specifically state that they are licensed for programs that support the University’s educational mission and not for commercial purposes, so the actual wording of the policy may not need to be updated. They were thinking that adding the wording about “non-commercial use” to some of our webpages as well as including a table (adapted from CU Boulder) with examples might be helpful. Sara Holder also presented documents of examples to share with AC.
