   1. EC has discussed the reports, and we are on to the next steps.
2. Spring study logistics

      1. PhotoVoice
         1. First information meeting with students happened today. The tam had a good introduction to the cohort, and shared some examples from the first round of the study to help them understand the project and the research method.  The students provided some thoughtful responses which will be incorporated into planning the later stages of the study.  Overall, the conversation went well and generated a lot of enthusiasm for the project.
      2. Focus Groups
         1. Dates will be selected on Friday. Currently, there are a little over 20 students who have indicated interest, and the team is looking at probably 3 total focus groups, based on the shared availability of the participants.
      3. Other
         1. The April meeting will focus on planning for writing up the combined analysis of the Fall and Spring studies, identifying trends which have implications for design and presentation of library spaces, and identifying areas for further study in year two of the task force.
