1. Discuss possible changes to policy: Use of Library Meeting Rooms

There was general support for the changes suggested by Tim Newman with some feedback being provided during the meeting. Tim will make the suggested changes and bring back to AC for further review at the September AC meeting. Several members pointed out the overlapping policies the Library has on the use of space: Use of Library Meeting Rooms and Use of Library Instructional Space. Both policies will be assessed later (after the end of the semester) to help clarify and reduce redundancy.
