1. Membership Updates

• New member: Magdalena Casper-Shipp

3. Supply Cabinet Update

Following updates from Jody:

• New supplies have been placed in the cabinet
• Cart is fixed to the side of the cabinet
• LOCK COMBO IS 4242
• Clear labels are on all plexi except conservation-made custom cradles
• Ordered white cotton gloves (recommended for some items in our documentation)

4. Documentation for Exhibitors

• New draft of condensed instructions for installation and deinstallation

5. Delegation of Responsibilities

Will discuss at next meeting when all members are present. Also, a new conservation tech position has been hired and will help oversee installation and deinstallation, prep materials for exhibit, and take photos of exhibits. Cher Schneider is supervising this position in conservation. Current employee is Kaylan Hutcherson, who will be joining as an unofficial member of the committee.
