Library IT Service Commitments

Library IT has Service Commitments for many of its individual systems and services. Each Service Commitment includes the following information: URL for web interface; hours of availability; maintenance priority level; how to report problems with the service;description of service; restrictions (if any) on use of service; URL for documentation; what you must have to use the service; name of unit that manages the service; and a list of other systems/servers on which the specific service depends.
