Library IT Service Commitments

This page contains links to the service commitments for Library IT production systems/services. Three levels of technical support are provided:

  • 24/7 Tech Support - maintaining these service is a critical priority for Library IT. We make every effort to resolve problems as quickly as possible.
  • Tech Support During Library Hours - these services are supported whenever any physical library location is open. Support staff are on call to address issues.
  • Tech Support During Business Hours - problems with these services are dealt with during normal business hours (8:30am to 5pm, Monday - Friday)

Hosted services, such as Voyager and VuFind which are managed by CARLI, also have service commitments listed below. We make every effort to notify the vendor of outages as quickly as possible. Library IT then monitors the situation until resolved.
