The Help Desk is a single point of contact for Library staff on information, questions and problems about Library production systems, desktop computer equipment, software applications, and user accounts.
The Help Desk also provides several less visible services for production Library systems, such as managing regular incoming/outgoing data feeds for multiple systems, coordinating Voyager planning and use, and other activities.
In addition to providing basic services for all library staff, the Library IT Help Desk also offers following services for production Library systems:
