Liaison Reports and Updates:

Administration:   Shari Mickey-Boggs, Senior Associate Chancellor for Human Resources, and Legal have confirmed “no contact tracking for COVID positive results. Skye will not be asking who you have come in contact with.

Administrative Council:  Did not meet.

Area Studies:  Did not meet.

Arts & Humanities:  Did not meet.

Central Public Services:  Did not meet.

UGL:  Busy with closing.

Law:  Did not meet.  New Head is working remotely while office is getting ready.  Hiring student workers.

Life Sciences:   Did not meet.

Physical Sciences:  Did not meet.

Math & Grainger:  Offer pending for Grainger Head.  Stuart Turner started May 23rd in the IDEA lab; Currently, there is one vacancy to fill in Grainger.

Res Hall:  Summer hours at Ike Monday through Friday, 12-4.  ISR  closed.  Applied for and received ALA grant $20K to help cover student clerk hours, marketing, activities.

Social Studies: Did not meet

SSHEL:  Fully moved to the South side.

Special Collections:  Inclusion Governance Task Force looking for input.  Building Project – report submitted to campus has been approved.

Technical Services: Did not meet

Other notes:   Outreach Librarian interviews/presentations.
