You can request a print refund from the PaperCut website.
- Login to the PaperCut website with your NetID and Active Directory password.
- Go to the “Recent Print Jobs” screen. Next to the item you want a refund for, click on “request refund” under the “Status” column.
- Fill out the amount you want refunded and the reason for the refund. Click send to submit your request.
- You should now see “Refund Pending” underneath the Status column, letting you know that your refund request has successfully sent.
