The Sum of Us: MPAG’s Uni Reads 2024 – 2025

In keeping with our mission to create an open and inclusive community that values a multitude of viewpoints and cultivates a desire to understand and expand social awareness, Multicultural Parent Advisory Group (MPAG) is hosting two afternoon discussions of The Sum of Us: What Racism Costs Everyone and How We Can Prosper Together by Heather McGhee.

In person discussion sessions will be held on Saturday, January 11th and Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Anyone in the Uni community is invited to participate. If you are interested, look for an RSVP form in December or email Dr. Valerie O’Brien at vobrien2@illinois.edu. Food and drinks will be provided!
