The Business & Human Resources Service Center supports the University Library’s greatest asset: its people. Serving as a hub for human resources, business services, and organizational development, this unit provides the guidance, resources, and administrative expertise needed to recruit, develop, and support a talented and diverse workforce. Its work helps ensure sound financial stewardship, effective operations, and a workplace culture that promotes collaboration, learning, inclusion, and excellence across the Library.
Services
- Accounting: all invoices, departmental purchase orders, stores/services vouchers, continuous purchase orders, air travel orders, travel vouchers, carpool rentals, registration, P-cards, and T-cards
- Acquisitions Accounts Payable: Vendor payments and monthly budget and expense statements
- Grants and Contracts
- FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act): informational meetings and form processing
