Description

 The Undergraduate Library houses the primary audio-video collection within the University Library. The collection serves the instructional and curricular needs of the campus community at all levels, as well as the individual study, scholarship, cultural enrichment and recreational needs of students, faculty, and staff.

The media collection, covering all subject disciplines, consists of non-print materials in a variety of formats such as DVD, VHS, Video Game, Audiocassette and CD.  In-house viewing is provided for most formats.

"Undergraduate Media Collection" Location:

 Items with this location are shelved, by call number, on the lower level of the Undergraduate Library.  These titles can be checked out for a One Week loan and can usually be renewed.

"Temporarily Shelved at Undergraduate Reserves" location :

 Items with this location are shelved behind the Undergraduate Library Circulation Desk.  These titles are restricted to in-building viewing only, unless being used by an instructor to teach a class.

Media items appear in My Account enabling  patrons to view what items are checked out, make renewals (if allowed) and view or cancel pending booking requests.
