The first floor of the Grainger Engineering Library offers loanable technology for I-Card holders. Anyone with an I-Card can borrow the items listed below from the first-floor circulation desk for two hours at a time. These devices cannot leave the library, but the two-hour loan may be renewed if no other library users are waiting for the item in question.
iO Labs
The iO Lab (Interactive Online Lab) is a red box students can connect to their computers for measurement taking and data collection. IO Labs loaned at Grainger come with a USB adapter and 4 metal sensor accessories. 
Smartphone Chargers
Smartphone chargers and compatible wall plugs are available at the first-floor circulation desk. Chargers are compatible with Lightning and USB-C devices. 
Calculators
A variety of calculators are available to borrow from the first-floor circulation desk. Calculators do not come with any accessories or additional software. Calculators are of varying makes and models. 
Laptop Chargers
86W and 96W chargers for laptop computers are available at the first-floor circulation desk, compatible with USB-C and Apple MagSafe chargers. 
USB Cables
USB cables can be used to connect external devices to a computer. USB-C and USB-A cables are available at the first-floor circulation desk, and can connect computers to USB-C or lightning devices for charging or data transfer. 
Coloring Pencils
A set of 12 coloring pencils may be borrowed at the first-floor circulation desk upon request.
