General Use Policies
Regardless of which space you’re using, please abide by the below Use Policies. Failure to abide by our room use policies by anyone in your group will result in forfeiture of your current reservation and can result in revocation of future room reservation privileges.
- Leave the room how you found it.
- Food is not permitted in the rooms.
- The rooms cannot be used for formal instruction.
- Do not move furniture in or out of the room.
- Maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded by order of the fire code.
- Only use dry erase markers on the white boards. Do not write on or otherwise mark the furniture, equipment or walls.
- Items left unattended will be removed and be placed in the Lost and Found at the first floor circulation desk.
- Library rooms may not be used for job interviews, placement, or career management services.
- Please complete the Student Interview Room Request Form to reserve a space for your interview. The form collects basic information about your interview date, time, and room needs.
