The purpose of this project was to collect the stories of the leadership of the Association of Specialized, Government, and Cooperative Library Agencies which included military, disability, federal, and other types of specialized and minority librarians. It studied how each person furthered the objectives of the organization, l capturing the oral histories of leaders who were either minorities themselves or part of minorities within librarianship.
