This project aims to create a comprehensive annotated listing via a series of LibGuides arranged in specific categories that showcase specific conditions like Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); that discuss disability theory like the Independent Living Movement and that provide information about assistive technologies like screen readers. The immediate impact will be that degree programs locally and nationally that have a disability focus, like rehabilitation counseling, will have a ready-made reference list to go to for guidance.
