We plan to complete a full inventory and assessment of the materials, identify and address any conservation needs, arrange and describe the materials, and digitize a portion of materials to enhance access through the University of Illinois Library’s digital collections portal8 and through a digital exhibit in the Illinois Distributed Museum.9 We also plan to host a short lecture series that highlights Pines’ legacy and engages the university community and general public in the newly accessible materials and digital exhibit.
