HR-DEIA Best Practices Group

The HR-DEIA Best Practices Group is composition of the Assistant Dean of BHRSC (Chair), Library Search Coordinator, Coordinator of ODT, DEIA Director, and Library EEO Officer.

The group is responsible for identifying and recommending best practices for Library recruitment, search/hiring, and onboarding processes and complete iterative reviews.  Said recommendations will then be vetted with appropriate Library bodies as well as relevant campus offices and programs (i.e., Illinois Human Resources, etc.) prior to implementation as part of BHRSC operations.

This group meets monthly or as needed.
