Approving Time Reporting for Exempt Civil Service Employees

  • Approvers have been assigned to employees in the Vacation/Sick Leave Reporting Portal
  • The assigned approver will need to review, confirm, and approve the leave used for the required reporting period for each specific classification group.
  • Each unit is responsible for determining when their assigned employees need to report their time.
  • Leave reporting must be approved each week for Civil Service Exempt Employees in order for Library HR to complete the reporting requirements.  Additionally, each March, May, August and November, Library HR will send reminders to the CS Exempt employees to finalize their benefit usage for that quarter.
