There are three groups of computers at the Undergraduate Library (UGL):
- Public Access Computers
There are 10 near the front of the library to allow for quick printing and information lookup. These have a 15 minute time limit if others are waiting.
- Authenticated Computers
These are located on the upper and lower levels of the UGL and require a NetID login. This enables the UGL to work with Library IT to meet users’ needs for specialized software that is only licensed for current University of Illinois users.
- Instructional Computing Services Lab
These computers are located on the upper level of the UGL and require a NetID login and offer additional licensed software and class options.
Please refer to the Electronic Information Policy for Library Users for an explanation of library patrons’ rights and responsibilities.
