We strive to provide support in a holistic manner by providing a variety of programs that address different needs in order for students to succeed-however you define what success is for you. Attend workshops covering reading skills, schedule research, speaking, or writing consultation, or learn how to manage test taking anxiety, among other sessions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stress Relief activities<\/strong>\u2013Take a break from studying to de-stress and learn important self-care skills; sessions include creative writing, arts and crafts, and more.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Basic Needs support &#8211; <\/strong>Take some time for your personal health and well being by visiting our food pantry, family study room, personal development workshops, and related resources.
