OTRS requests can be placed by logging into OTRS or sending an email to a queue. Below is a description of the available queues and their email addresses.
ERTech: For reporting access problems with electronic resources. Email tickets to email@example.com.
Facilities: For any problems or requests regarding Library spaces, such as moving or purchasing furniture, key requests, or repairs. Email requests can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
IT Help Desk: For any problems or requests regarding computers, printers, network systems, websites, or other technology. Email requests can be sent to email@example.com.
Monographic Maintenance: Cataloging maintenance requests for monographs. Email requests can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
MPALCAT: Cataloging requests for Music & Performing Arts materials. Email requests can be sent to email@example.com.
Serials Maintenance: Cataloging maintenance requests for serials. Email requests can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to submit a new ticket, please go to OTRS. Enter your netid and Active Directory password to log in (same as logging into your computer). Please update any bookmarks to the new link as well.
If you cannot log in, please email the IT Help Desk, and we can add you into the system. All faculty, staff, and graduate assistants should be able to log in.
