Verify your Lync/Skype for Business Account

To verify that your University of Illinois Exchange account is Lync/Skype for Business-activated and to find your phone number,  log on to My UC with your Net ID and AD password.

Your UC Account Information page will display.  Look for the Lync Information section and find your Lync Status and Lync Phone Number.   If your Lync Status is not “Enabled”, your account is not ready for Lync/Skype for Business.  Please log an OTRS ticket and visit the Request a Lync/Skype for Business account page so Library IT can get your account activated.  Be sure to include your name, Net ID, and unit name.
