1. Assessment Sub Group Reports

The team will assess library instructors, through a survey and focus groups in Fall.

1. Professional Development Subgroup Report

Lisa and Chris will co-chair the group.  They discussed the scope of group work, and will invite Jake from ODT to review the supervisor proficiencies work and how that process might inform the team’s work. They will continue to update the grid and make it broader to address instruction in general, not just subject specialist work, and emphasize how expertise will be built through development in a role.
