3. LAC grant guidelines (20 min.)
   • Do we need a spreadsheet to facilitate the review process?
   • Are there anything in the guidelines that need to be revised or updated?
4. Brainstorming for 2018-2019 projects (15 min.)

2. Committee membership (20 min.)
   • Library Assessment Committee will look for substitute committee members from /the Social Science Division or SSHEL and Special Collections for committee members who will be unable to fulfill their terms on the committee this year
   • Will also look into if anyone in other units (Scholarly Commons) is interested
   • Committee chair will send a letter to EC and request appointments of new/sub members
3. LAC grant guidelines (20 min.)
   • Spreadsheet for review process and guidelines for assessing applications are working well
   • LAC grant application review discussion
4. Brainstorming for 2018-2019 projects (15 min.)
   • Committee chair will send survey to committee members about their ideas for projects this year. Along with the survey, the committee chair will provide examples of projects that the committee has worked on in the past to help give new members ideas of possible projects.
