• Introduce ourselves and our interest/experience in the topic of outreach and engagement
• Review the task force report and committee charge (attached here)
• Designate a chair
• Discuss how to handle the staggered terms (EC suggestion was to give one year terms to everyone whose division submitted more than one person and two year terms to the others)
• Set committee priorities based on charge
• Agree on regular meeting schedule
