1. Membership update

• Jina announced that this will be her last meeting as she is graduating and moving.

 2. Graduate Student Contest Updates

• Jody has scheduled Mandi Goodsett’s exhibit for May in the Marshall Gallery; Tad Boehner’s exhibit will be in April in the Marshall.

3. Schedule Updates (meetings and exhibitions)

• November and December 2013 have been scheduled

4. Potential purchases

• The following purchases were discussed, Jody will follow through with them as noted:
  a) Risers
  b) Acrylic wedges
  c) Tabletop display cases (striked)
  d) Book truck (maybe we can stash in room 44 or the side room by Marquita’s office?)
  e) Draping fabric for cases
  f) Lint roller
