Announcements and Accolades:

1. Proposed move of Classics reference materials to LitLang and LitLang reference materials to Reference Room 200 and Stacks Reference.
   1. Discussion of IAS involvement as potential recipient of materials
   2. Steve will send call number spreadsheet for Subj. Specialists’ review

Discussion:

1. Libguides – Rob
   1. Currently only one owner per guide is allowed but we would like to use IAS log-in for statistical purposes
   2. How to merge guides’ owners with their editors?
   3. Follow-up with Crystal Sheu before next action
2. IAS Events Calendar on IAS website
   1. Public view should be integrated but with an emphasis on IAS events
   2. WebTools admin/access for all IAS staff to be confirmed by Rob
      1. Grad Hourlies as Managers
      2. Subj. Specialists + Office Staff as Administrators
   3. Add events early and often!
