    • Questions for Tom Teper:
      1. What assessment projects are the building teams doing already and what assessment projects will the building teams be doing going forward?
        1. Seating—what is peak usage?
        2. How many instructional spaces, seats, group study spaces will be needed?
      2. When will the building teams’ assessments take place?
      3. Can the Library Assessment Committee help authenticate/test surveys the building committees want to administer?
        1. Yes
      4. More options of getting data (space usage, UX)
        1. Consistent Special Collections and Archives usage data
      5. Sharing questionnaires
      6. Provide data on what they learned about the community’s desires (from things such as the salons)
      7. What are people (user groups) most concerned about with the building project?
      8. What work has been done with other universities about needs assessment before we begin building?
        1. Minnesota, NYU, NC State, Calgary
      9. What is the updated timeline for the building project?
        1. Until contract is signed there is no update
