   1. Victor Jones and David Ward were elected as co-chairs.
3. Create schedule for meetings
   1. Thursday afternoons were selected for monthly meetings.
4. Discuss priorities and organization
   1. The team discussed how to choose priorities from the charge.  There was agreement that we should first develop a philosophy for Library space usage.  The team wanted to collect student feedback on their space needs as well.  A number of individual spaces were discussed as possible pilot sites for assessment.
   2. The team agreed to start a brainstorming document to identify elements that could go into defining a philosophy of space.
