We discussed and worked on the following items –

  • Assess & Connect Assessment Forum – we selected the date/time – Thursday, March 15th 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. (UPDATE – we changed the time to 10 a.m. on the same date to avoid a time conflict with another library event)
  • Library Assessment Grant Program – we discussed the rubrics and ways to review/communicate member comments. We decided to use Google Docs for reviewing collaboratively. We also will inform applicants if a proposal is “Accepted but not yet approved”, “Need revision and resubmit” or “Supply additional information to address questions from the committee.”

Members were also updated on 2 ongoing assessment projects –

  • Team to draft a student learning assessment plan
  • Data registry
