Present: Jan Adamczyk, Kit Condill, Shuyong Jiang, Lisa Renee Kemplin, Laila Hussein Moustafa, Xiaoping Qi, Lynne Rudasill, and Steve Witt

Announcements & Accolades:

1. Chai Wai today from 4-5:30pm on Violence in West Africa.

Discussion:

1. Rajeev Malik and Janelle Weatherford from the Office of Foundation Relations gave presentation on their services.
2. Encouraged to read notes and respond to the Collections report before Friday.
3. Title VI Proposal and Data update-Steve met with Cheri, Tom, and Jennifer on getting circulation data. Still working on how to run report.

Reports:

1. Collection Development Committee—Due to lack of time, Kit will email notes from last meeting. 

Other:

1. Report on update for Wilkin tour is due May 1. Will need to compile by email.
