Ford, former director and Mortenson Distinguished Professor (2003-2014), who has been named an Honorary Member by the American Library Association.<\/h4>\n<p><em>Barbara J. Ford\u2019s lifetime professional national and international contributions are the hallmark of an ALA Honorary Member. \u201cBarbara is invested in people and nurtures them by sharing her knowledge and guiding the next generation of library professionals and leaders, locally and internationally,\u201d says Mortenson Center Director Clara M.
